Plus Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) address the needs of two
very diverse groups: the employee and the employer. For
the employee and dependent family members, our confidential
counseling services are very
focused on the specific issues that negatively impact
work or daily living. Some of these issues include:
alcohol and substance abuse, emotional issues, relationship
problems and parenting difficulties. For the employer,
some of the services we offer are on-site management and supervisor
training, case management, formal referrals, work-life services, Critical Incident
Stress Debriefing (CISD) and Department of Transportation (DOT)
SAP assessments.
